Programme terms and eligibility
The referred guest must be a new LUMINA client, and the referral code must be included before booking or payment. The guest receives ₦5,000 off an eligible service below ₦100,000, or 10% off an eligible service from ₦100,000, capped at ₦25,000. The saving cannot be combined with another discount.
A referral becomes qualified after the referred guest completes and pays for an eligible visit. One new client can be connected to only one referrer. Self-referrals, cancelled visits, refunded payments, surgical services, medications and selected packages do not qualify.
Each qualified referral creates one referral credit. Credits used to claim a reward are redeemed and cannot be used again. Rewards are not redeemable for cash, may be subject to booking availability and should be claimed within 60 days of confirmation.
