Membership notes +

Monthly allowances reset each month and are not exchangeable for cash.

Each allowance applies to one listed treatment at its current published price, up to the stated limit. Unused credit is not paid out or transferred. Higher-priced treatments and 90-minute massage upgrades require payment of the difference.

Quarterly services are available once per three months of active membership. Annual payment does not make all quarterly treatments immediately available.

Savings assume full use of included services and allowances over twelve months. Quarterly benefits are averaged across the year; monthly savings are rounded down to the nearest ₦1,000. Actual savings depend on treatment choice and use. WelFAS App access, priority booking and add-on discounts are not assigned a monetary value in this calculation.

Massage allowances cover 60-minute sessions up to ₦60,000 each. The separately listed aromatherapy and lymphatic sessions are additional benefits. All clinical treatments, including IV therapy, PRP and HBOT, require individual suitability review; membership does not guarantee a treatment is appropriate.

Gold and Platinum visits are booked at least one day ahead. Diamond priority booking remains subject to service and clinical-team availability.
