Monthly allowances reset each month and are not exchangeable for cash.

Where a plan includes an allowance, a higher-priced option may be selected by paying the difference.

Quarterly services are available once every three months during an active membership.

Gold and Platinum visits are booked at least one day ahead. Diamond priority booking remains subject to service and clinical-team availability.
